Wu Hequan

Wu Hequan is an Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, expert of optical fiber transmission network and broadband information network, Honorary President of Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications, former Vice President of Chinese Academy of Engineering, Vice President and Chief Engineer of Telecom Science and Technology Research Institute, Vice President of Datang Telecom Group, president of Internet Society of China. He has been engaged in the research and project management of optical communication system and digital communication network.
