Pavel Krestov

Pavel Krestov is the director of the Botanical Garden-Institute, Far East Branch, Russian Academy of Sciences. Prof. Krestov currently serves as Council member of Russian Botanical Society, member of Conservation of Arctic Flora and Fauna, International Association of Vegetation Science (IAVS) and International Association for Ecology (INTECOL). Prof. Krestov has broad research interests in vegetation ecology, geobotany, biogeography and bioclimatology including biodiversity conservation, vegetation mapping, forests science, invasive species, global changes and geological processes.
